Are you an expert in fitted carpentry with a leader's spirit? Would you like to take on challenging technical tasks within renowned companies in the Fribourg region? Our Bulle agency is actively seeking a carpentry project manager (M/F) to strengthen the teams of our local partners. Your missions:
As project manager, you ensure the operational and financial success of the sites, from design to delivery:
Technical management: Analysis of tender documents, reading and interpretation of architectural plans, and preparation of execution plans (CAD).
Costing and planning: Preparation of quotes, monitoring measurements and managing material orders with suppliers.
Coordination: Main interface between clients, architects and installation/workshop teams. You ensure deadlines and budget constraints are respected.
Site supervision: Organisation of production and installation schedules, management of teams on site and resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- Training: Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a carpenter, ideally complemented by higher education (Certificate, Master Craftsman, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) in construction management or project management.
- Experience: Significant and proven experience in managing interior/exterior carpentry and fitted furniture projects in Switzerland.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in drawing software (e.g. AutoCAD, Cadwork or equivalent) and ease with production management tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous organisational sense, autonomy and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
- Languages: Perfect command of French (spoken and written).
