Role:
In this role as a fiduciary officer, you will take on a varied and diverse range of tasks. Exciting challenges await you, where you can apply and further develop your expertise. You are responsible for the careful handling of fiduciary mandates and thus contribute to high quality in mandate management. You work in a structured, precise and service-oriented manner. With your commitment, you actively shape your area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage client accounting and ensure correct posting
You prepare interim and annual financial statements and assist with closing tasks
You prepare VAT returns for various mandates
You support payroll accounting and personnel administration
You take on general administrative and organisational tasks
You work closely with the fiduciary team and support day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education as an accounting or fiduciary officer
At least five years of professional experience in general ledger accounting or a comparable function
Good IT user skills; experience with Abacus is an advantage
Independent, resilient, accurate and structured working style
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
