Location Manager: Unemployment Insurance Fund Aargau Network 80–100%

Your responsibilities

• Together with your co-manager, you are responsible for the organizational, personnel, and professional leadership of 25 employees at the locations Aarau, Baden, and Wohlen
• In close cooperation with the teams, you ensure a high-quality, quantitative, and timely processing of incoming files.
• Taking into account the strategy and regional goals, you review the offers and services of the locations and implement targeted measures to optimize service quality.
• You manage the personnel resources and are responsible for the network’s budget.
• You act as a link and coordinate and maintain exchanges with various authorities and the Unia union.

Your profile

• Commercial training EFZ or equivalent education with professional experience in the social insurance sector
• Leadership experience in a similar position and completed leadership training
• In-depth knowledge of unemployment insurance
• Quick comprehension and an eye for the essentials
• Resilient personality with high social competence and assertiveness
• Confident German and very good knowledge of a second national language desired
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the region
