• You independently manage electrical installation projects and coordinate HVAC-Electrical services within multidisciplinary teams.
• You design electrical installations and supervise the preparation of plans in collaboration with the team planners.
• You ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and technical objectives of your projects.
• You oversee the financial monitoring of contracts, from the preparation of offers to profitability control.
• You support clients, architects, and technical partners throughout the various project phases.
• You coordinate the different stakeholders and ensure the proper execution of services.
• You provide your expertise on projects related to the energy transition, particularly in photovoltaics, electric mobility, energy systems, and industry.
• You participate in the development of activities in French-speaking Switzerland by maintaining a solid professional network and contributing to the acquisition of new contracts.
• You share your expertise with team members and contribute to the development of internal skills.
• You keep up to date with technical and regulatory developments to propose innovative and tailored solutions to clients' needs.

• You hold a HES engineering degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in managing electrical projects.
• You are proficient with Swiss standards as well as high and low voltage installations.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigour, and ease in technical coordination as well as client relations.
• You have a genuine interest in the challenges of the energy transition and wish to engage in varied and stimulating projects.
