Role:
For a larger public organisation in the Zug region, we are looking for a numerically strong personality with enthusiasm for planning, analysis, and consulting. In this role, you will work closely with various departments and support financial management with sound evaluations and decision-making bases.

Responsibilities:
Participation in budgeting and financial planning
Analysis of cost developments, results, and variances
Preparation of reports, key figures, and decision-making bases
Financial assessment of projects and planned measures
Consulting departments as a Finance Business Partner
Further development of controlling instruments and processes
Qualifications:
Higher education in business administration, finance, or controlling
Several years of experience in controlling or finance
Very good analytical skills and understanding of complex contexts
Confident use of Excel and affinity for BI and ERP systems
Experience from administration, public sector, or a larger organisation is an advantage
Very good German skills as well as a structured and communicative working style
