What you will achieve

• You will learn step by step how insurance works and assist with various tasks – for example, with quotes, claims, or customer enquiries
• You will be in contact with customers and colleagues – by phone, email, or in person
• Alongside daily business, you will also participate in exciting projects and contribute your own ideas
• You will actively shape your development and find out which tasks and topics you particularly enjoy

What you bring

• You are in the final year of compulsory schooling (middle or highest level) or already attending a further education school and have good grades
• You are curious about the world of insurance and want to understand what lies behind it
• You enjoy learning new things, are curious, and tackle tasks independently
• You enjoy contact with people and like working in a team
• You think along, ask questions, and contribute your ideas
