What to expect

• You organise the work deployment on site - in close coordination with the team management and based on the overall planning.

• You carry out assembly and conversion work precisely and on schedule - always according to the applicable project specifications.
• Efficient material planning and coordination - you ensure that equipment and staff are used optimally.
• Safety comes first! You supervise the assembly work and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
• You keep an overview of materials and resources - from ordering to procurement of standard, stock and consumable materials, always within budget.
• As the on-site representative of the EKZ project manager, you actively participate in project meetings and keep all threads in hand.
• Team leadership with a hands-on mentality! You not only lead your team but also pitch in yourself and support the day-to-day business.

What you bring

• You have completed vocational training as an electrician, ideally you hold the Elektro-Teamleiter*in with EIT.swiss "Standard" certificate or are willing to complete this further training. Expertise in low and medium voltage system construction is an advantage.
• Leadership skills are desirable, but an assured handling of various stakeholders and flexible switching between perspectives and hierarchy levels is essential.
• You have a category B driving licence? Naturally! And you are always ready for planned assignments.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
