Payroll Specialist Fiduciary (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You independently and punctually manage payroll accounting for various clients
You handle entries and exits, changes, withholding taxes, as well as year-end payroll-related tasks
You support your clients as a competent contact person for questions regarding payroll and social insurance
You prepare payroll statements, reports, and reconciliations
You process social insurance declarations and notifications to authorities and insurers
You provide support in financial and client accounting as needed
Qualifications:
You have solid professional experience in the fiduciary sector as well as practical experience in payroll accounting
You have a commercial basic education; a federal specialist certificate in fiduciary or a comparable further qualification is an advantage
You are well versed in Swiss social insurance, withholding taxes, and payroll-related year-end tasks
You work precisely, independently, and service-oriented and appreciate direct contact with clients
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
