Service Technician Machines & Equipment (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Commissioning and Maintenance: Support of our machines and equipment directly at the customer’s site
Customer Support: Technical advice and problem solving by phone, online or on site
Documentation and Training: Creation of service documentation and conducting training sessions
Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with services, retrofits and spare parts
On-site Deployment: Europe-wide travel activity for maintenance and problem solving at the customer
Qualifications:
Completed training as an automation technician, IT specialist, electronics technician or electrician with further education
Knowledge of CODESYS, network technology, control and drive technology is an advantage
Analytical, structured and independent working style
Very good German language skills
