Senior Group Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
In this key role, you take responsibility for the financial management processes, thereby creating the foundation for effective control. You work closely with the finance management and ensure transparency so that well-founded decisions can be made. Together with your team, you continuously develop controlling and consistently align structures and processes towards future-oriented financial management.
Responsibilities:
- You lead and further develop the central controlling team
- In this role, you coordinate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for BKW Engineering DACH
- As Head of Group Controlling, you analyse financial and operational performance and derive recommendations for action
- You work closely with the Finance Director and further develop financial management
- In this role, you optimise control models, KPIs, management reports, and controlling processes
- As Head of Group Controlling, you initiate and implement projects for digitalisation and efficiency improvements in controlling
Qualifications:
- You have completed a degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of controlling experience, ideally in a corporate or decentralised company environment
- You bring experience in professional and personnel leadership
- You possess sound IFRS knowledge and apply it confidently in practice
- You have a very good understanding of planning, reporting, and performance management
- You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, convincing communication, and confident stakeholder management
