Senior Project Manager Energy Systems (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 130,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Energy Systems for the planning and realisation of demanding energy and infrastructure projects. You will take overall responsibility from detailed planning and approval through tendering and awarding to construction implementation and site management. The focus is on projects for energy supply and network stability with relevant interfaces to electrical engineering, civil engineering and utility construction. The position combines technical project management with comprehensive responsibility for costs, deadlines, resources and project documentation.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the project management of energy and infrastructure projects from planning to commissioning
Development and coordination of project, execution and detailed plans with internal and external specialists
Management of interfaces between electrical engineering, systems engineering, civil engineering and utility construction
Coordination and support of approval and permit procedures with authorities and other stakeholders
Preparation of request for quotations and tender documents as well as technical and commercial evaluation of incoming offers
Responsibility for cost, schedule, resource and risk management throughout the project duration
Coordination of planners, suppliers, contractors and executing specialist companies
Assumption of site management as well as monitoring quality, deadlines and contract-compliant execution
Management of civil engineering, development and utility works related to energy systems
Maintenance of a complete project, decision and execution documentation
Conducting project controlling, cost forecasts and progress reporting
Support of acceptances, commissioning and project handovers as well as ensuring complete final documentation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Engineer FH/ETH, preferably in electrical engineering or systems engineering
At least 5 years proven project management experience in technical construction, energy or infrastructure projects
Experience in the implementation of civil engineering, utility or energy infrastructure projects
Sound knowledge in project management, cost, schedule and resource planning
Business management training such as NDS HF, CAS/MAS or MBA is an advantage
High IT affinity and experience with digital project management and documentation systems
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
