Responsibilities:
You manage the procurement process from calculation to ongoing replenishment.
You specifically develop suppliers, product groups, and contract models.
You independently conduct price discussions and contract negotiations.
You support operational purchasing in day-to-day business as needed.
During the offer phase, you clarify procurement issues with the specialist departments.
You keep an eye on deadlines, budgets, and delivery quality in your projects.
In case of deviations, you coordinate the handling of supplier complaints.
You assess and reduce purchasing risks together with the responsible departments.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with further training in purchasing or supply chain.
Professional experience in purchasing within an industrial or production company.
Knowledge in project procurement and ideally also in series business.
Confident communication in negotiations and professional handling of suppliers.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Independent working style and good prioritisation with changing tasks.
Willingness to travel for business around 20%.
Very good knowledge of German and good English.
