Quality Assurance Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Management of the entire process concerning non-conformities from recording to completion
Initiation and coordination of appropriate immediate measures to minimise risks
Close collaboration with internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Handling supplier complaints and ensuring sustainable root cause resolution
Support in technical fault analyses within production and adjacent areas
Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented improvement measures
Participation in the planning and implementation of quality-relevant rework
Supporting colleagues and specialist departments with questions regarding quality assurance and complaint processes
Qualifications:
Technical basic training as an electronics technician, electrical engineer or comparable background
Practical experience in quality assurance, complaint management or handling quality deviations
Familiarity with quality methods and standard requirements according to ISO 9001 or ISO 13485
Independent, precise and goal-oriented working style
Ability to analyse complex issues in a structured manner and derive solutions
Organisational skills and assertiveness in dealing with different stakeholders
Very good German skills and good English skills for international collaboration
