Your Tasks

• You sustainably shape nursing in geriatric psychiatry and make a decisive contribution to its further development.
• You have a key role in integrated nursing care within geriatric psychiatry as well as with external stakeholders.
• You coach nursing staff in assessments and processes in complex care situations for more safety and professionalism.
• You initiate and lead discussions on tabooed and stigmatised topics as well as ethical decision-making.
• You have the unique opportunity to lead innovations in patient care and advance evidence-based nursing.
• You shape the future of nursing through innovation, evidence and passion together with the nursing team for good quality.
• You actively shape interprofessional collaboration and network within and outside the organisation, especially in nursing science.
• You have an open and supportive environment that values your expertise in the interprofessional context.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master of Science in Nursing degree.
• You are able to work in a team, are enthusiastic, goal-oriented and can combine scientific findings with practice.
• You are willing to lead specialist workshops and bring a high level of advisory competence.
• Ideally, you have nursing experience in psychiatric and somatic settings.
• Your expertise in pain therapy and somatic nursing makes a difference for improved quality of life of patients.
