IT Application Manager / Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You continuously manage and develop central business applications and their interfaces.
You coordinate requirements and solutions between departments, IT, development teams, and external service providers.
You analyse business requirements, formulate technical solutions, and accompany these from conception through testing to go-live.
You ensure reliable application operation and coordinate incidents, changes, releases, and external support services.
You identify improvement potentials and contribute your own ideas to optimise our applications and business processes.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable higher education.
You bring experience in application management, business application management, or IT service management.
You are familiar with the requirements of complex application landscapes and ideally have already worked in an enterprise environment.
You have experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and coordinating technical implementation projects.
You work analytically, reliably, and independently and communicate very confidently in German and English.
