To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a

Mechanic-Setter Clean Room

Your responsibilities

• Monitor the production of automatic packaging machines in the clean room
• Carry out adjustments during production start-up on automatic packaging machines
• Perform format and tooling changes
• Supply installations and machines according to product specifications
• Correct machine parameters according to ongoing production
• Provide technical support to the Engineering and Maintenance departments
• Organise and manage the scheduling of manufacturing orders in the clean room
• Establish weekly priorities for the processing of manufacturing orders in the clean room in partnership with the Logistics department
• Manage software necessary for product control by camera (creation of controls according to product specifications and adjustments)
• Comply with all quality system procedures, as well as requirements related to working in a controlled environment
• Control your operations, detect and report anomalies
• Complete production documentation and required documentation when creating controls on automatic packaging machines

According to production needs:

• Ensure the production of automated product packaging machines in the clean room
• Supply installations and machines according to product specifications
• Start production (launch or change of production) according to the established schedule
• Ensure and monitor the progress of production operations in the clean room

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Production Mechanic or equivalent training
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Technical knowledge of pneumatic systems
• Technical knowledge of detection systems
• Good understanding of tooling change practices on machines
• Good command of MS Office tools and other computer software
• French spoken and written, English is a plus
• Flexibility
• Team spirit
• Good communication skills

Working hours: Shift work in 2x8h (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm) routinely and 3x8 according to production needs (night: 10pm-6am)
