Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing for the psychogeriatric care service at 80-100%

Your tasks

• Comprehensive care and nursing of residents in the spirit of our care model and care process
• Taking on tasks as the reference person for care
• Responsibility and control of the care process for assigned residents, including classification of care needs RAI/BESA
• Collaboration with external stakeholders (doctor, physiotherapist...)
• Electronic documentation of care using CareCoach
• Planning and accompanying medical visits
• Assuming daily responsibility with coordination of the daily team
• Management of case discussions and nursing reports
• Taking on tasks as a theme leader in a specialised area and thus participating in the quality care network at group level
• Availability for occasional night shifts

Your profile

• Completed nursing training with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent recognised by the CRS
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Organised, calm, thorough, committed and motivated
• A friendly and organised attitude
• Enjoyment in tackling varied challenges
• Native French speaker or fluent in French
