Controller (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active company specialising in connection technology and fastening solutions. The company combines technical expertise with innovative solutions for various industrial sectors.
Role:
As an employee at our ROCKEN partner, you support the management of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region in strategic and operational decisions. You combine controlling and data analysis with the further development of digital financial processes. In an international environment, you independently take on tasks and sub-projects.
Responsibilities:
You prepare analyses, key figures, forecasts and management reports as sound decision-making bases for management.
You participate in monthly, semi-annual and annual closings and support group reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER.
You independently conduct financial reviews and variance analyses. In addition, you work in the internal control system and risk management.
You support and advise international subsidiaries on financial and business management issues.
You actively contribute to international and cross-departmental projects and take responsibility for sub-projects.
You further develop processes in reporting, analysis and controlling. In doing so, you drive digitalisation and automation with a focus on data processing and business analytics.
Qualifications:
You have completed a business degree at a university of applied sciences or university with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling.
In addition to initial professional experience in an industrial environment, you bring sound knowledge of financial contexts and balance sheet security.
You have a strong affinity for IT as well as enthusiasm for data processing, business analytics and process automation.
You work very confidently with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are welcome.
Your personality is analytical, curious and responsible. You work independently, show a high willingness to learn and are willing to travel within Europe for about 10 to 20 percent of the time.
