On behalf of our client, a private bank in the Geneva area, we are looking for a Securities Reconciliation Specialist to strengthen their teams.

This position is to be filled under a temporary contract for a duration of one year, full-time.

Main Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of custodians for all entities
• Manual entry of custodian statements not automatically reconciled, particularly for Hedge Funds
• Analysis of discrepancies and monthly investigations
• Preparation and monitoring of the list of suspenses related to securities/funds
• Processing and follow-up of ongoing cases
• Reminder and recovery of missing statements from custodians

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Securities / Funds reconciliation
• Good general knowledge of Back-Office activities
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Great attention to detail, rigor, precision and proactivity
• Knowledge of GTMatch, GTExchange and Globus tools (an advantage)
• Good command of the MS Office suite
• Solution-oriented, pragmatic mindset
• Ability to work in a team and ease in an open space environment
• Stress resistance
• Flexibility, adaptability and sense of priorities
• Fluent English required (spoken and written)
