Your tasks
- Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on vehicles of the Mercedes-Benz brand
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electronic and mechatronic faults
- Performing warranty and recall work according to manufacturer specifications
- Deputising for the workshop manager
- Ensuring a high standard of work and service quality
- Active collaboration with service advisors and the workshop team to provide optimal customer care
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an automobile mechatronics technician EFZ with several years of professional experience
- Certification as a Mercedes-Benz system technician is an advantage
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Independent, efficient and careful working style
- Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to continuously familiarise yourself with new technologies
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
