AI Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)

You develop intelligent solutions for procurement, project management, documents, offers and digital assistance – from the idea to productive deployment.
You design data structures and integrate AI applications into existing business and application landscapes.
You translate professional needs into concrete use cases, moderate workshops and support employees in the introduction of new solutions.
You prepare insights, key figures and decision-making bases for the AI working group and management.
You establish appropriate guardrails for data protection, information security and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Qualifications:
You have solid practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG and modern interface concepts such as MCP.
You are familiar with data modelling, integration architectures and automation of business processes.
You have already designed, implemented and successfully transitioned AI initiatives into operational use.
You bring further education in business informatics, business applications or artificial intelligence or have corresponding project experience.
You think entrepreneurially, act service-oriented and communicate convincingly in German; French or English are a plus.
