Team Leader Operational & Strategic Purchasing (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF91,000 - 107,900Our client is an established Swiss technology company specialising in the development and industrial production of high-quality components and complex system solutions. Role:
In this leadership role, you are responsible for strategic purchasing, further developing supplier relationships and working closely with the operational day-to-day business.
You operate at the interface between product development, quality management and international suppliers, actively shaping procurement strategies, product groups and risks. In addition to the professional development of purchasing, you take responsibility for your team and contribute to the introduction and optimisation of ERP processes.
Responsibilities:
You lead strategic purchasing both professionally and personally and assist operationally if required
You further develop the international supplier portfolio and manage key supplier relationships
You coordinate collaboration between development, quality and procurement
You develop product group strategies and integrate risk aspects into procurement planning
You analyse international procurement markets and identify optimisation potential
Qualifications:
You have a technical basic education with business management further training, e.g. as a purchasing manager with a federal diploma, purchasing specialist with a federal certificate, certified business economist HF or a degree in industrial engineering
You bring several years of experience in international purchasing of technical components
Ideally, you already have professional or personnel leadership experience
You work independently, proactively and practically
You communicate fluently in German and English
