Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the ongoing financial accounting of rental and condominium properties and ensure transparent representation of property finances.
For the managed properties, you prepare financial statements, budgets, and extraordinary accounts and reliably process the relevant figures.
You handle heating and ancillary cost statements and manage all debtor and creditor processes.
By monitoring outstanding receivables and consistent dunning, you ensure the supervision of incoming payments.
You coordinate closely with property management and external contacts to ensure efficient processes and high data quality.
Qualifications:
Your professional foundation is a completed commercial or technical education as well as practical experience in real estate accounting.
You are familiar with the accounting requirements of rental properties and condominium ownership and have an interest in real estate-related topics.
With your entrepreneurial understanding and strong quality standards, you approach tasks responsibly.
You work independently, precisely, and organised and quickly find your way in complex matters.
Confident use of MS Office and fluent German in spoken and written form distinguish you.
