Your area of responsibility: You are responsible for the review and assessment of customer relationships, work closely with internal specialist departments, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. You are responsible for IT support tickets as well as 1st and 2nd level support and ensure a quick resolution
In the area of Microsoft 365, you support Intune, MS Teams and Security
You reliably resolve hardware, software, and network issues on clients.
You also manage clients, software and IT infrastructure and participate in procurement and replacement
Within the global IT team, you can develop further in network, infrastructure, client technology or security
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally complemented by a higher vocational qualification
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server and Azure is an advantage
You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented and feel comfortable in international teams
Very good German and English skills spoken and written; interviews will be conducted in English
