Role:
In this role as First Level Manager ICT Supporter, you take responsibility for professional and efficient IT support. You are the first point of contact for ICT-related enquiries and ensure that technical issues are quickly and competently received, analysed and resolved or forwarded appropriately. You structure incoming requests, prioritise them and ensure that defined processes and quality standards are adhered to. With your commitment, you contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of the ICT environment and optimally supporting users.
Responsibilities:
- You receive support requests, analyse them and handle them in 1st-level support
- In this role, you install, configure and maintain PCs, notebooks, mobile devices and peripherals
- As First Level Manager ICT Supporter, you manage users in Windows Server AD and in the ERP system Opacc
- You provide direct assistance with hardware and software problems on-site at the workplace or remotely
- In this role, you document faults, solutions and IT processes
- As First Level Manager ICT Supporter, you participate in IT projects and the introduction of new hardware and software and train employees on IT issues
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an ICT specialist or have a comparable qualification
- You have experience in IT support and working with Windows operating systems
- You bring knowledge of networks and IT hardware
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You are characterised by a high customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
- You communicate fluently in German or French, both spoken and written, and also have good knowledge of the other language; additional languages are an advantage
