Information
You have the exciting opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into our varied court routine from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, until 31 July 2027 for the time being. You can gain diverse experience and actively support our well-coordinated and committed court team.
Your area of responsibility
File and business administration:
- Independent recording of new cases in the business management system and creation of file dossiers.
- Billing and scanning of summary proceedings
- Archiving of case files and management of the archive
- Preparation of judgment books
- Issuing certificates of finality
Communication and procedural administration:
- Appointment arrangements as well as correspondence with parties, their representatives and authorities
Preparation and dispatch of summons and postponement notices
- Issuing and dispatching court decisions
- Notifications of decisions to other offices
- Preparation and publication in the official gazette and SHAB as well as advertisements in newspapers
Reception and office services:
- Assessment and forwarding of incoming physical and electronic mail
- Willingness to manage the reception desk including entrance control
- Receipt of requests and concerns
Substitution at the telephone switchboard
Office and operational organisation:
- Regular assumption of the on-call week
- Regular holiday and absence/break cover within the commercial office

Your profile
- Commercial background – completed commercial or equivalent training with professional experience
- Experience in an administrative environment – ideally experience in administration, court or law firm
- High concentration ability: – quick comprehension as well as independent, structured and careful working method, combined with the ability to implement this even in lively situations
- Good expression and communication skills – very good German skills in spoken and written form; foreign language skills are welcome!
- Friendly, confident and service-oriented manner in dealing with parties and visitors
- Enjoyment of teamwork – team spirit, resilience, discretion as well as interest in legal and organisational contexts
- Experience in an administrative environment – ideally experience in administration, court or law firm
- High concentration ability: – quick comprehension as well as independent, structured and careful working method, combined with the ability to implement this even in lively situations
