Your field of activity

• Overall responsibility for the cross-location ENT clinic of the LUKS Group (medical, organisational and economic) as well as management of the medical, speech therapy, audiological, neuro-otological, MPA and administrative teams including the senior staff
• Strategic and conceptual further development of the ENT clinic with a focus on robotic surgery, endoscopic ear, paranasal sinus and skull base surgery, cochlear and middle ear implant surgery as well as cross-location strategies for existing and future sites
• Ensuring the highest quality standards in diagnostics and therapy, promoting innovations, new technologies, clinical research, university teaching as well as further and continuing education within the framework of the recognised training centre category A
• Responsibility for budget, resources and the economic development of the clinic, maintenance and expansion of the referral network, promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as representation of the clinic and strengthening of regional, national and international networks

Your experience

• Specialist title (FMH or equivalent) in otorhinolaryngology with a focus title in neck and facial surgery as well as broad, proven expertise in the entire ENT spectrum and own focus in at least one subspecialty
• High operative competence in at least one ENT subspecialty as well as leadership experience at a central hospital or in a university environment with a scientific profile
• Proven ability to implement own research ideas, especially in clinical and university research, combined with pronounced leadership, social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss health and insurance system, business management understanding (ideally with leadership or management training) as well as openness to digitalisation

Your prospects

• Leadership and further development of ENT and head and neck surgery including phoniatrics, neuro-otology and paediatric audiology with an excellent team and state-of-the-art infrastructure (robotics, microscopic and endoscopic surgery)
