Site Manager/Project Manager for Comprehensive Services

Your scope of action

• In collaboration with the internal project development department and the sales department, you are involved in projects from the start and are an expert for our comprehensive service projects in modular timber construction and hybrid construction
• You lead internal and external planning and execution teams
• As the primary contact for the client, you ensure the project runs optimally in terms of cost, time and quality, and you ensure client satisfaction and project profitability
• You are responsible for tendering and awarding contracts as well as site management and coordination of all trades during execution
• At the end of the project, you plan and lead the handover to the client, coordinate any defect rectification and are responsible for managing variations and invoicing

Your qualities

• You have completed basic training as a technician or studies in the construction field (engineer or architect) and have a passion for timber/hybrid construction
• You have good experience in construction as a project manager in planning and execution
• You work independently and in a structured manner and have a keen sense of quality and costs
• As a team player, you communicate in German and French with your internal and external project teams and know how to motivate them to achieve common goals
