Your mission:
In collaboration with the Nursing Directorate, you will be responsible for the development of professional practices, training and clinical development.
- Promote the acquisition and updating of clinical knowledge based on evidence (EBP), in a continuous quality improvement approach to care
- Encourage knowledge transfer to nursing teams
- Initiate, lead and support projects aimed at developing best practices
- Develop a consulting, guidance and training offer for teams
- Coordinate and supervise clinical nurse specialists as well as student supervision
- Support ethical reflection in clinical practice
- Ensure coordination of activities related to quality and safety of care
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in nursing sciences or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in acute care
- Proven experience as a specialised clinical nurse
- Training or initial experience in a managerial role is an asset
-Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
-Very good adaptability and communication skills
-Open, dynamic personality and proactive
-Strong interest in interdisciplinary work
-Good command of scientific English
