your tasks

• Management and organisation of your own construction sites for new builds, conversions, and renovations
• Coordination of workflows as well as leadership of employees
• Execution of element production, assembly, and interior finishing work
• Direct contact and exchange with customers on site

your skills

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Further training to become a foreman or willingness to complete this promptly
• Strong independence, reliability, and high motivation
• Enjoyment of manual work and taking on responsibility
