Sales Controller (m/f/d)

In this role as a controller (m/f/d), you will take on a varied range of tasks with plenty of scope for creativity. You contribute your own ideas and develop existing processes with professional expertise. At the same time, you work closely with a supportive team where trust and a partnership-based approach are highly valued. It is central that you continuously develop both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities:
- You carry out the monthly closing in SAP
- In this role, you prepare and analyse the monthly cost centre accounting as well as the reporting to management
- As a controller, you assist with the annual financial statements including hospital statistics, ITAR-K, and Spiges
- You participate in budgeting and the preparation of the business plan and conduct profitability and cost-effectiveness calculations
- In this role, you further develop controlling instruments and dashboards based on HCe
- As a controller, you prepare Rekole certifications, internal audits, and documents for the audit office and act as a contact person for business management matters as well as in projects
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling
- You have several years of experience in controlling
- You are very confident and proficient in Excel
- Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP (ERP) and HCe (BI tool)
- You communicate very well in German, both spoken and written
- You enjoy working in a team, are independent, responsible, committed, and motivated to acquire new knowledge
