We are looking for a Global IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Montreux starting January 2026. This strategic role will lead the implementation of Clinique La Prairie’s Global IT Roadmap, driving digital transformation to support our international growth. The Global IT Manager will play a key role in enabling our vision to establish 10 Health Resorts and 40 Longevity Hubs worldwide over the next decade, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative technology foundations for our expanding ecosystem.
Job Definition & Mission
The Global IT Manager will drive the implementation of the Global IT Roadmap, supporting the digitalisation business needs in Montreux and globally. This role is crucial for achieving Clinique La Prairie’s vision to grow internationally with 10 Health Resorts and 40 Longevity Hubs in the next 10 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Digitalisation Initiatives
- Design, revise, and implement the Global IT Roadmap according to our Digital Architecture philosophy.
- Ensure alignment with the company’s vision for international growth and business needs.
Local vs Global Tools
- Manage locally implemented digital tools to ensure smooth operations.
- Harmonize local and global digital tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Collaboration with External Architects
- Work with external architects to define priorities and drivers of the CLP Digital Globalisation strategy.
Hands-on Execution
- Be hands-on and execution-oriented, helping business users fine-tune their needs and identify proper solutions.
IT Organisation Management
- Guide, drive, and inspire the CH IT team and work closely with international IT partners.
- Be responsible for the performance of the IT hardware/software infrastructure and the level of service.
Key Development Challenges
- Closely cooperate with medical staff and doctors to select a comprehensive EHR system to be implemented effectively.
- Support the development and implementation of an AI-based Health Map system.
- Implement and support a fully-fledged Knowledge Management System within SharePoint by assigning subject matter expert responsibilities to frontline managers and directors.
- Support CRM systems for Marketing to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Enhance client experience through digital tools.
EDUCATION
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in one of the following fields:
- Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or Information Systems
- Business Administration, Management, or Technology Management
- Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Preferred complementary education / certifications in:
- Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum Master)
- Change Management (PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent)
- Digital Strategy or Transformation certification
- CRM Systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
- IT Governance or Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ITIL)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in driving an IT department within complex or international organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project and digital transformation management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to deliver IT projects end-to-end.
- Experience working with external partners and solution architects to define and deploy technology strategies.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on execution, measurable impact, and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions and to collaborate across departments and cultures.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
