Consultant with Experience in Basware 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the first point of contact for our customers for all questions regarding Basware and ensure that their systems run smoothly. You analyse requests, develop solutions, and implement them together with the customers. You proactively advise on best practices and optimisation opportunities and contribute your expertise to exciting projects. In addition, you work closely with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid experience with Basware solutions

• Proven experience in support or customer service

• A communicative and extroverted personality who enjoys working with people

• IT background is a great advantage

• Solution-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for tackling challenges

• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage

• Team player mentality with an independent working style
