Job Description
- Make outbound calls to existing clients or clients for whom the institution is a secondary bank.
- Present banking services in a professional and convincing manner.
- Identify clients’ needs and interests.
- Create a quality first contact and develop the interest of interlocutors.
- Arrange qualified appointments for banking advisors.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of exchanges and actions taken.
Profile Sought
- Proven professional experience in the Swiss banking sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the banking market and Swiss pension schemes.
- Fluent French and German, with excellent oral proficiency in both languages.
- Experience in call centres.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to present services clearly, professionally, and convincingly.
