What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual as Foreman / Forewoman Cleaning & Technical Maintenance. You will take on the professional leadership and coordination of the cleaning team and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Planning, control and documentation of cleaning work as well as ensuring hygiene, quality and occupational safety requirements

• Training new employees as well as organising cleaning agents and consumables

• Coordination of maintenance, repairs and service appointments for machines, systems and operational equipment

• Follow-up of technical faults, repair orders and IT tickets (e.g. printers)

• Documentation of maintenance, repairs and open orders as well as information on the current status

• Identifying recurring technical problems and proposing improvement measures

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Independent, reliable and structured way of working

• Organisational skills as well as the ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously

• Experience in coordinating cleaning, maintenance and servicing

• Sense of responsibility in dealing with hygiene, quality and occupational safety requirements

• German spoken and written

• Good IT skills
