• Together with the Product Owner, you ensure that priorities, required skills, and available capacities are optimally aligned.

• You plan the team composition, resources, and necessary capacities with foresight and participate in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
• You promote effective collaboration, support continuous improvement, and help the team overcome obstacles and conflicts constructively.
• You actively contribute to the evolution of data management and the automation of business processes and accompany changes within digital transformation.

What you bring with you.

• You have experience in leading and developing people, ideally in a data-oriented context, and possess solid professional experience.
• In IT, digitalisation, or transformation, you have already held leadership roles or taken responsibility and reliably complete projects.
• You have a good understanding of data management and automated, data-based business processes.
• You are familiar with agile and product-oriented working methods and have knowledge of SAFe. Ideally, you have experience in the SAP environment, particularly with SAP MDG and S/4HANA.
• You hold a higher education degree (SUP/University) in business informatics, Data Science, or equivalent; further training in leadership is an advantage.
• You have advanced German language skills (C1); knowledge of an additional national language is a plus.
