Role:
In this leading role, you take responsibility for the execution and management of small to large systems in the sanitary sector. You coordinate the balancing and commissioning of new systems, lead installation teams on construction sites, and work closely with the project manager. If necessary, you also represent them in construction meetings and are actively involved in training junior staff.
Responsibilities:
Management and execution of sanitary systems in residential construction, industrial, and commercial sectors
Balancing and commissioning of new installations
Leading installation teams on various construction sites
Material ordering and coordination on a project basis
Close collaboration with the project manager during project implementation
Deputising for the project manager in construction meetings
Training apprentices and promoting professional junior staff
Qualifications:
Completed training as a sanitary installer with federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
Ideally experience as a site supervising fitter
Independent and responsible working style
Driving licence category B is mandatory
