Customer Service Advisor Volvo

Your tasks

  • You professionally support our Volvo customers from appointment scheduling to invoicing
  • You create cost estimates transparently and comprehensibly, and also ensure correct billing of workshop work
  • The planning and coordination of workshop appointments is your responsibility
  • You provide competent advice during vehicle acceptance and return and explain invoices clearly
  • You check and assess warranty cases in close cooperation with the workshop manager and the importer
  • You ensure that work is carried out professionally and that customer vehicles are handed over in perfect condition
  • You actively present additional services and advise customers individually on suitable offers
  • You handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner and within your area of responsibility
  • You keep an eye on open items and reliably process debtors and collection lists

Your profile

  • You have completed a technical vocational training in the automotive sector
  • Volvo expertise or a special enthusiasm for the brand is an advantage
  • Customer orientation, team spirit and a positive appearance characterise you
  • Polished manners and a professional appearance are a matter of course for you
  • Motivation, reliability and conscientiousness shape your way of working
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and good IT skills complete your profile
