Your tasks – our position
- You organise and coordinate consultations to ensure their smooth running
- You welcome and accompany our patients with competence, professionalism and empathy
- You assist doctors during consultations when necessary
- You perform diagnostic and therapeutic acts on medical prescription
- You coordinate appointments, examinations and administrative procedures
- You ensure the management of medicines and consumable medical materials to guarantee their availability
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our standardised processes and to maintaining a high level of quality in patient care
Your skills – our expectations
- CFC as a medical assistant
- Experience in a medical practice or outpatient setting and willingness to take on responsibilities
- Warm, empathetic and service-oriented personality
- Motivation to support patients over the long term
- Autonomous, structured and reliable working method
- Sense of responsibility and high quality standards
- Team spirit, flexibility and ability to find solutions collaboratively
- Excellent command of French or German, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the other language
