What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual to lead the HR department with a small team and ensure a professional HR operation.

• You actively participate in day-to-day business and oversee all important HR processes

• You, together with your team, take care of recruitment, personnel support, and personnel development

• You are responsible for personnel administration, payroll, and HR controlling

• You are the first point of contact for managers on all HR matters

• You accompany recruitments from A to Z and support employee discussions

• You make HR processes simpler, more digital, and more efficient

• You further develop employer branding and build a concept for vocational training

• You lead exciting HR projects and implement group initiatives locally

What do I need to be successful?

• A solid HR education (e.g. HR specialist certificate, HR manager or equivalent)

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role with leadership responsibility

• Ideally experience in an industrial or manufacturing company

• You are a doer who likes to get stuck in and values operational business

• You see the big picture and implement improvements pragmatically

• You enjoy working with digital tools and HR systems

• You are service-oriented, structured, and have a good sense for people

• You approach challenges with calmness and professionalism

• You show initiative, are reliable, and can assert yourself

• Very good German language skills
