leteam sa is a service rental company founded in 1987 and has 28 branches throughout Switzerland. We cover the fields of construction and finishing, industry, crafts and technology.

We are constantly looking for team members or team leaders scaffolders with significant experience (approx. 3 years), proactive and methodical, for the Lausanne region and its surroundings!

Scaffolder 100% (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Manage a team on site
• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding on various terrains
• Read and interpret engineering plans
• Determine the type of scaffolding suitable for the site
• Organise the transport of materials
• Place, assemble and fix the frames and structure
• Apply the current safety measures
• Install the necessary additional elements
• Ensure maintenance and repair work on scaffolding

We expect

• At least 5 years of proven experience in scaffolding assembly or a recognised vocational certificate in the field
• Good physical condition and comfortable working at heights
• Strict compliance with SUVA safety standards (permit or certification would be a plus)
• A driving licence is highly appreciated to facilitate travel
• Trailer licence (a big plus!)
• Good command of French
• Free from vertigo
• Demonstrate autonomy, excellent physical condition and determination
