What is my role?

Track Area

• Collaboration on two-way track cleaning, suction and flushing vehicles

• Cleaning and maintenance of tracks, points and tram tunnels

• Weed and leaf work at various railway facilities

• Support in the maintenance of track and point systems

• General workshop and maintenance work

• Night on-call duties for overhead line de-icing and snow clearance

Stop Area

• Maintenance and repair of stop infrastructure

• Installation and provision of passenger information

• Carrying out quality checks at stops

• Support in cleaning waiting halls

• Simple maintenance and administrative tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed 3-year apprenticeship in metal construction, industry or logistics sector

• Driving licence category B mandatory

• Driving licence category C and E or willingness and suitability to obtain these

• Professional experience in the Swiss labour market

• Good German skills at least at level B2

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding

• Reliable, independent and responsible working style

• Willingness to work night shifts, shifts and on-call duties

• Team spirit and enjoyment of varied activities in public transport
