Head of Fiduciary and Mandate Management (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You take on the comprehensive support and management of demanding mandates in the areas of financial accounting, payroll as well as direct and indirect taxes
In this role, you advise companies and private individuals comprehensively on tax and business management issues
You apply your negotiation skills purposefully to implement solutions efficiently in the interest of your clients
As Head of Fiduciary, you lead your team with empathy and decisiveness and actively contribute to the further development of internal processes
In this managerial role, you work closely with the executive management and take on responsible tasks as deputy managing director
You shape the future of the company and prepare yourself prospectively for a possible takeover of management
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in fiduciary services or hold a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in the fiduciary sector distinguish you
- Your strong analytical skills help you to confidently solve even complex issues
- Networked thinking is one of your strengths as well as a structured way of working
- You are motivated to advise clients comprehensively in diverse and demanding subject areas
- You always stay up to date professionally and apply your knowledge in a solution-oriented manner
