Health Specialist, Käferberg Location

Tasks

• You competently and empathetically support, care for, and look after our residents in our dementia ward.
• You take on demanding nursing tasks and medical-technical activities.
• You report observations clearly and document comprehensively.
• You help actively shape the daily lives of our residents and promote their resources.
• You accompany trainees together with the vocational training supervisors and pass on your knowledge.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with joy in working with older people
• Team-oriented, responsible, and reliable with an independent working style
• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad and preferably experience in the dementia field
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• IT affinity, ideally knowledge of EasyDok

The annual salary for this role ranges depending on experience between CHF 70,300.– and CHF 93,936.– (100%).
