Team Leader Production Planning & Work Preparation (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss technology company with its own development and production. The company develops and manufactures precise components and system solutions for various industrial and technical applications. Role:
In this versatile leadership role, you take on the technical and personnel management of your team and ensure that our assembly orders are executed efficiently, on time and with high quality. You combine production planning, material disposition and work preparation with a pronounced process understanding and actively drive the further development of our planning and production processes.
Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the team
Responsibility for work preparation, production planning and order control
Ensuring timely, cost- and quality-compliant processing of assembly orders
Coordination of material and capacity planning with purchasing, logistics and sales
Management and support of external assembly partners including scheduling and order monitoring
Responsibility for the quality of SAP master data such as work plans, bills of materials and throughput times
Analysis of key figures and implementation of optimisation and digitalisation projects
Handling of error messages and coordination of corrective measures
Conducting final inspections and ensuring correct feedback in SAP
Continuous further development of planning and production processes
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial basic training, ideally polymechanic, supplemented by further training in production, logistics, PPS or supply chain management
Several years of experience in production planning, material disposition (MRP) or demand planning
Sound knowledge in optimising planning processes and SAP R/3 PP/MM
Experience in collaboration with external production or assembly partners is an advantage
Strong leadership skills, assertiveness and communication strength
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style with hands-on mentality
Very good German language skills
Very good MS Office and SAP skills; ORBIS experience is an advantage
