Your Tasks

• You implement the product strategy and specifically develop our product lines further.
• You manage and optimise the product portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle.
• You develop requirements and business cases, thereby creating sound decision-making bases for product development.
• You develop pricing strategies and calculation guidelines and analyse margins, markets, and competition.
• You lead development projects and accompany new products from the idea to successful market launch.
• You convey product knowledge in presentations, documentation, and training and represent the company at trade fairs and events.

Your Competence

• You have completed a technical or commercial education as well as further training in product management, for example a CAS.
• You bring at least five years of professional experience in product management.
• You have a good understanding of mechanics and electrical engineering as well as a strong affinity for digital applications and smart products.
• You work confidently with MS Office, PDM, and ERP systems.
• You act on your own initiative and solution-oriented, communicate openly, and enjoy working in teams and projects.
• You have excellent German skills and good to very good French skills.
