Your tasks
- You sell new cars with a success-oriented approach
- Customer-oriented, comprehensive advice as well as consistent support of existing and new customers according to premium standards are a matter of course for you
- You develop suitable financing and insurance solutions for your customers
- You prepare offers as well as attractive trade-in and leasing proposals
- You actively acquire new customers
- You handle incoming leads professionally, competently and promptly
- You also take care of the showroom
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a sales consultant in the automotive industry
- Customer contact is your passion and you have a pronounced sales flair
- You convince with a confident and well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility, resilience, empathy and a future-oriented mindset are among your key strengths
- You share our enthusiasm for the automotive industry and bring passion for the MINI brand
- A structured and precise way of working, negotiation skills as well as a pronounced customer orientation complete your profile
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Driving licence category B
