Au Cochon d’Or SA is a family business active in the trade of meats and groceries and the production of takeaway catering.

To complete our grocery department team, we are looking for a

Experienced Salesperson

100% Grocery Department

Your tasks will be as follows:

• Welcome, advise and retain customers through a good knowledge of products and their uses
• Ensure sales, cash handling, product presentation and proper maintenance of the grocery department
• Manage orders, stock, replenishment and expiry dates
• Control and manage purchase prices (PP), selling prices (SP) and margins, in collaboration with management
• Coordinate and support the team daily, organise tasks and communicate information
• Work closely with the butchery, catering and administration departments

You are:

• An experienced salesperson, with solid experience in food retail and good knowledge of grocery products
• Comfortable with customer contact, attentive and possessing a real sense of service
• Autonomous, organised, reliable and capable of taking initiative
• Experienced in team management, with clear and constructive communication
• Comfortable with Excel and IT in general
• Familiar with the Broye region, its customers and their consumption habits
