Founded in 1896, the Foyer St-Joseph is a Medical-Social Establishment welcoming Elderly People, with a capacity of 138 long-stay beds and 4 short-stay beds, organised into six departments. The institution employs more than 190 people, including 120 in the care sector, while maintaining a human dimension, we promote personalised care. Members of AVALEMS & the Association Together Against Pain, practising the Relational Clown Auguste™ approach.

• Experience in geriatrics is an asset

Mission

• Ensure, promote and oversee the physical, psychological and social well-being of residents by stimulating their individual resources and respecting their personality and religious beliefs.
• In collaboration with the nurse:

• Ensure the organisation of work in their unit while respecting the physical and psychological safety of residents.
• Support, within the framework of the care project, the residents under their charge and compensate for the disabilities of dependent persons in carrying out daily life activities.
• Evaluate the appropriate attitude to adopt between comfort and health promotion in our interventions with residents.

• Contribute to good communication between team members and other departments.
