Your Tasks
- You advise customers on mobile, internet, TV as well as Apple and Android products
- You identify needs and offer suitable solutions
- You present devices and services attractively in the shop
- You develop ideas and help advance the shop
- You check deliveries and prepare repaired devices for collection
- You assist with inventories
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship in retail EFZ with a focus on consulting (advantageous)
- Experience in sales and passion for digitalisation, mobile & co.
- Fluent German (C2) and a likeable, communicative manner
- Strong enthusiasm and genuine customer orientation
